We want to make the Refund/Return process as simple as possible. If we sent you the wrong part or it arrived damaged, you can return it within 14 days. If you ordered the wrong part, just email or call us, then you can send it back and you are only responsible for the shipping.

All orders will be shipped that day or the next depending on the service. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the carrier. We will make every possible effort to get emergency shipments out the same day. If that is not possible we will notify the customer in a timely fashion.
